Nice humble young lady named Tasha from upstate New York originally from California. She’s a full time college student who loves to read about meditation and spirituality. She’s actually been meditating for the last year every morning for half an hour and she really likes doing reflections also before her day starts so she can be more focused on her studies. I asked her if she chants any mantra like Om when she’s doing her meditation but she said she doesn’t so I told her that I’m going to teach her how to chant the Hare Krishna Maha mantra and we chanted the entire mantra once together!
