My new technique with Indian gentlemen I meet is that I’m super respectful with them. When I ran into this pious Indian gentleman I asked him: “Where are you from sir? What kind of work do you do sir?”
He told me that he’s from Bihar province and works in IT (information technologies). He visited the New Vrindavan temple in West Virginia or as he called it New Virginia! π
When I showed him our set he told me that he already has a copy of the “Bhagavad Gita as it is” so I told him that’s ok he can give this extra copy to a friend. I asked him to please take the books and help preserve the culture and pass on this knowledge so our great parampara lineage will be alive and well for future generations!
He agreed with me and wanted to use PayPal for giving a donation for the set but he couldn’t remember his password. The first time it didn’t go through, then he entered another password and it didn’t work! I prayed to Lord Chaitanya that he remembers it and the 3rd time he entered a password and it went through finally.
