She’s a yoga instructor who gives master classes at Jiva Mukti yoga. She’s been a strict yoga practionner for the past five years.
I told her: “Wow Oh my God that’s why I love your energy, it’s so positive. You must have great determination to be so regulated.”
I continued saying: “these books are referred to as yoga sashtras or yoga scriptures and they really enter into the science of Bhakti yoga.”
Before she left, I asked her if we could take a picture with her and the set of books because she’s a yoga master! She joked and smiled: “You shouldn’t play with people’s ego and puff them up!”
