Really great guy from London.
He loves George Harrison and the Beatles. His mother used to take him to the Bhaktivedanta manor when he was a kid and he always loved going there. He has nice childhood memories of the devotees. He works as a concert promoter in the music business and volunteers as a part time teacher for Autistic kids. A really good hearted gentleman. He had seen the Harinam a few weeks ago in Penn station subway but he was in a rush and couldn’t stop. Now he had a little time and was happy to talk to me. I showed him our set with the Krishna book and explained how George Harrison donated the money for the first printing. I told him that George and Srila Prabhupada were very close friends and how George actually bought the Manor for the devotees. He wants to help us organize an outdoor Harinam event in Central Park soon. I took his contact info and he’s excited to come visit our ashram.
