Really nice humble gentleman named Mohammed from Tunisia.
He’s actually a Muslim by faith and he teaches Islamic mysticism at SUNY purchase college. He’s also studying for a PhD in religion at Columbia university at the same time. Very well spoken intelligent person who’s interested in Buddhism and Hinduism.
He told me that he’s actually been looking for some Vedic texts to do some research for his teaching and also wants to learn about the Upanishads. I told him that Srila Prabhupada’s “Bhagavad Gita as it is” will be the best book for him to start reading as it’s also the Gitopanishad! I showed him our set and explained since he’s so well educated it’s a complete set that he will definitely appreciate.
