Pious Indian gentleman named Sachidar from Mysore, Karnataka!
He’s a doctor in Miami where he now lives with his family. He came down to New York for a job interview with one of the New York hospitals. He told me that he likes to read the Bhagavad Gita regularly so I showed him Srila Prabhupada’s Gita and he was impressed with the presentation, the Sanskrit and the paintings. When he told me that he has young kids I also showed him the “Krishna book” and told him that Srila Prabhupada said if someone can understand this one book then he will surely become Krishna conscious. He was interested in both books so I pointed to the “Sapta” and explained that he might as well get the entire set and share it with his family because it’s a great deal and as a cultured gentleman he already has an appreciation for the philosophy so he took the set and gave generously.
