I stopped them and wished them a happy upcoming Krishna Janmastami! They’re both devout Hindus. She told me there’s a few Hindu holidays coming up too like it’s Raksha bandhan tomorrow! It’s a traditional Hindu festival that celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters, and families, on the full moon of the Hindu month of Shravana.
I showed her our set with the “Krishna book” and she was very interested and said: “yes it’s wonderful I’d really like to get these books.”
