Very nice gentleman named Derek from Texas in town for the weekend. When he walked by I said: “wow you’ve got good energy man!” He looked at me and said that he’s into meditation and he loves to read spiritual books! So I showed him our set and asked him what he does for a living and he said he’s a car salesman which was also my job before I joined full time to become a brahmacari, so we hit it off right away! I explained to him that after I started reading these spiritual books I had the realization that sharing this knowledge of the soul with others was more valuable to me than remaining a car salesman even though I was making really good money. He actually appreciated that point and acknowledged that he’s also been feeling the same way, that he wants to make a transition at some point to help other people in the world. He expressed that these books might be the way to start on that journey and happily bought the set from me.
