Pious devotee couple Pratima and her husband originally from Dakha Bangladesh now living in the Bronx!
Krishna prasad prabhu ran into them when he was in the subway elevator and noticed that the mataji was carrying a bead bag and chanting japa. He brought them both to see the Harinam then I showed them some of Srila Prabhupada’s books but they said they have many of Prabhupada’s books already. So I told them that it’s a special day today, it’s ekadasi and asked them to please give a donation then I showed them the Lilamrita and told them they definetly need to have the 7 volume beautifully presented set. I was speaking to them in half Bengali half English they were very nice and gave a nice donation.
