Nice gentleman named Marcel from Long Island. He was on his way to catch an LIRR train back to his house and I stopped him by saying I like his beard. He was holding a bottle in a brown paper bag in his hand so he thought I said that I like his beer and he laughed! He was in a hurry but he was very responsive to getting the books. I showed him our set and explained to him how these are ancient books of wisdom for India meant to help all people stop living like hogs and dogs and start behaving like proper ladies and gentlemen. I was telling him that they talk about overcoming the main miseries in life like birth, death, old age and disease. He was listening very carefully and appreciating what I was telling him. He told me that he’s going through some difficult times and he really needs this type of spiritual knowledge in his life right now.
