Really wonderful lady named Marie from Ireland. She stopped and was looking at the Harinam then put some money in the donation basket and walked away so I went up to her to give her a book. I asked her if she had seen the devotees before and she said no but she was really attracted to the chanting and she herself chants mantras on her own for meditation. She mentioned that she regularly listens to Russell Brand’s podcast called “under the skin” and how she heard the Maha mantra on one of the podcast shows. She really likes the topics on that show and she found that it’s helping her a lot in her life. She told me that she believes in the power of prayer and that she’s seen at different times when God has answered her prayers. I showed our set and explained to her that it’s actually the duty of the soul to always be praying to the Lord and get to the point when we can recognize the Lord’s hand acting in everything. She happily purchased the set from me and thanked me.
