Mother and daughter from Massachusetts. They have an apartment in New York City as well and spend time here whenever they can. I was talking with the mother and she was telling me that she’s been practicing Vikram yoga for a few years now and she started meditating not too long ago also. She wants to get her daughter more into this yoga system. Once I showed her our set I told her that as a mother she should teach her children from a young age about spiritual consciousness and help them start a spiritual way of life. I explained that these books help to elevate one’s consciousness to the pure platform of Krishna consciousness by which one can perceive Krishna at every moment. She was blown away and said: “Oh my goodness that’s so nice, how much should I donate?” I told her that most people give anywhere between $50-$100, she pulled out a $100 bill from her purse and gave it to me right away. So I added the Lilamrita set and told them that it’s the biography of the author of the other books. It turns out that her daughter really likes reading stories about saints!
