Nice young lady who was listening to the kirtan. I asked her if she liked to listen to “Municipal waste” and she said yes it’s one of her favorite bands. I asked her if she likes “Behemoth” and told her I love their album called demigods (it’s a band from Europe and they’re really into Kali) She told me her favorite song is called “Enemy of God” by a band named Kreator!
I mentioned all the heavy metal bands I remembered and she was really into it then I showed her our set. I told her that these are the most metal books she will ever read. She was on her way to a store to get some incense and beads but I told her we have incense and I gave her a Tulasi beads necklace too! She’s been looking online for a harmonium and wants to learn Indian ragas. I told her that I used to play bass for a popular Indian metal band and that we once played a concert for 13 thousand people!
