I just arrived to the Harinam and I saw her watching and listening to the kirtan. She was riding on her scooter but she stopped because it reminded her of India. She returned a few days ago from a month long trip to India where she was on a spiritual quest.
I asked her if she wears her beads for meditation or decoration?
She told me that she’s been meditating for the past 12 years and really likes practicing yoga as well. She takes it seriously. I showed her our set and said: “These books are for you please take them and apply them in your life. This is the king of all knowledge.” She was very grateful and took the set.
