Real nice guy from Istanbul, Turkey. I complimented him on one of his tattoos which was a trident. I asked him if it was Shiva’s trident and he told me he’s not sure but he was told It’s a most important spiritual symbol.
I explained to him that in the Vedas the trident sometimes represents the threefold miseries of life. The miseries from our own body and mind, from other living entities and from natural catastrophes. He was very thoughtful when I said that.
I finally told him: “These books will teach you how to become free from the miseries of this material world. Please take the set.”
He didn’t hesitate, I also invited him to our Sunday program tomorrow and he said he will visit us.
