As she was very keenly hearing the ecstatic kirtan led by Rama Raya Prabhu, I asked her if she’s interested in spirituality. She said she considers herself quite a spiritual person and a seeker of knowledge as well. So I showed her our “Sapta” set of seven books by Srila Prabhupada. It turns she works for the NYPD as a police officer, she happened to be off duty and enjoying her day off walking through Union square park. Then Mahotsaha prabhu and Gopal Champu prabhu explained to her the importance and benefit of giving a donation to a spiritual cause so she happily accepted the books and gave a generous donation. Really nice lady.
