Ned is from Florida but he’s been living in New York for the past five years.
I showed him our “on chanting Hare Krishna” pamphlet and asked him if he likes to meditate. He looked very peaceful and calm. He was also very personal and friendly. It turns out he mediates regularly. I asked him if he likes to read and showed him our set which was displayed on our book table. He said he likes to read and was eager to check the books out. I told him these books are thousands of years old and they help us to distinguish reality from illusion. Ancient wisdom. We just ask for a donation much less than any bookstore would charge for this many books.
