I bumped into this nice guy on the train then I said: "sorry bro excuse me." He replied: "no worries man!” in a very gentle tone. I said: “you seem like a very humble soul."
He replied: “yeah man, ever since I was little I've always felt like I've been living in a virtual reality, and that there has to be another world that's full of love with non of the negative energy of this world."
He also mentioned that his sister was trying to get him to start meditating. We got off the train and he mentioned that he really believes that we should bring mediation to the hood, all people need it.
