I met Nabila and her daughter at the parking in Walmart right after parking my car. She was driving up and I waved at her because I noticed she had a crystal on her necklace and it was shining in the sun. I asked her if it was a quartz crystal and her face lit up and she said yes and started telling me that she meditates every day and that sheโs also a spiritual healer. She was really friendly and told me how she believes that Godโs energy is all pervading and present everywhere all over this world. So I showed her our โSaptaโ set and she said she already has a Bhagavad Gita and the Science of self realization! I explained to her about the other books in the set and how they would help her in getting deeper into this spiritual knowledge. She gladly took the books and gave me a nice donation. She asked what I was going to buy in the store and I told her that I came to pick up some potatoes for the monks that I live with and she said come on letโs go and actually bought 10 pounds of potatoes for the ashram as well. Amazingly kind and sweet lady. I invited her and her family to our Sunday feast program.

Really
sweet lady named Ashley and her little daughter Daisy. I was walking in
a certain area of the park today and I approached about 6 different
people then I noticed her sitting down and I approached her. She told me
that she was watching me approaching
everybody and she was wondering: โwhy doesnโt he come and show me those
books?โ So when I started talking to her it was clear to me that she was
very interested. She was telling me how sheโs into meditation and into
understanding spiritual wisdom. She was very eager to get the set when I
showed it to her and explained a little bit about each book. She asked
me how much she should give as a donation and was happy to take the
books home. I invited her and her family to our Sunday feast program and
sheโs very excited to come and check it out.

Prabhupadaโs mercy is immeasurable!
Very
sincere young gentleman named Henry who works at the Indian supermarket
not far from where we live. I was permitted by the owner to set up a
book table and distribute books in the supermarket
so I went there a few weeks ago to try it out. Thatโs when I first met
Henry and showed him some of Srila Prabhupadaโs books. I showed him a
โSaptarishiโ set and I also had a โSrimad Bhagavatamโ set displayed on
the book table and his eyes just lit up. He asked if I had any Spanish
books but I didnโt have any Spanish books on me that day. He was telling
me how much he loves reading spiritual books on understanding the
universe and eastern philosophy so I told him that I have a very special
set of books for him in Spanish because he prefers to read in Spanish.
We made arrangements to meet today and I delivered the Spanish
Bhagavatam set to him personally. He told me how he wants to start
reading them immediately and he will reach out to me whenever he has
some questions. I invited him to come by our place for the Sunday feast
program and heโs looking forward to it as well.
He works at the Indian supermarket!
